Terms of Service


Service Pricing

  • Our rates are flat based on standard yard size (approximately 1/8 acre). Pricing adjustments only occur if your yard is significantly larger than 1/8 acre. Any necessary adjustments will be communicated before service begins.
  • Customers who temporarily suspend services may be charged initial cleanup fees when resuming monthly service.


Billing & Payment

  • Initial cleanups are charged for 2 hours of service upfront. We will refund any overage or charge additional time if the cleanup exceeds 2 hours.
  • New monthly service customers will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of their first month. Starting the second month, regular monthly billing occurs on the 1st of each month.
  • A $10 late fee applies to accounts past due after the 5th of the month.
  • Service will be suspended if payment is not received before your monthly service begins.
  • Our monthly rates are calculated on a 52-week annual basis and distributed across 12 months. During months with 5 service weeks, no additional charges apply.
  • Card verification requires a temporary $1.50 authorization when linking payment methods. This amount is not actually charged.


Weather Operations

  • Scoop We Doo provides year-round service and maintains operations during safe weather conditions, including rain, snow, and other challenging conditions.
  • Service may be suspended during dangerous weather. When this occurs, we'll perform double cleanup the following week while maintaining your regular monthly charge.



Property Access

  • Service charges apply even when yard access is unavailable due to locked gates or barriers.
  • Our Double Duty Promise ensures makeup service the following week at no extra cost.
  • Technicians will attempt door contact and phone calls before marking a property inaccessible, with portal notifications sent to keep you informed.



Pet Safety Protocol

  • Scoop We Doo welcomes working around friendly dogs during service visits.
  • Aggressive or protective animals require indoor containment during scheduled service times.
  • When aggressive pets prevent safe yard access, standard service charges apply, with Double Duty Promise coverage the following week.
  • Our team will attempt multiple contact methods before skipping due to pet safety concerns.


Special Promotions

  • Initial cleanup fee waiver: Available to new recurring service customers who sign up during the promotional period and maintain active service for 8 consecutive weeks minimum. Early cancellation or service suspension before the 8-week period may result in the initial cleanup fee being applied to your payment method.


Service Cancellation

  • No long-term commitments required - cancellation available anytime with 48-hour advance notice.
  • Cancellation requests accepted by phone or through your customer portal.
  • Mid-month cancellations receive prorated refunds for unused services, processed to your original payment method.
  • Initial prorated payments are non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing.
  • Seasonal service pauses may require initial cleanup fees upon reactivation.
  • Special promotion terms apply separately as outlined above.


Frequently Asked Questions


Payment Processing:

Your customer portal handles all payment processing. After service selection and form submission, we'll establish your account and email login credentials. The portal provides invoice access, service history, and secure payment linking. Automatic billing and receipt delivery streamline the payment process.

Important: Payment method setup must be completed before your first service visit. Incomplete payment setup may result in service rescheduling, which could delay service significantly during busy periods. Call (817) 629-0203 for payment assistance.


Monthly Billing Schedule:

Monthly charges process on the 1st for upcoming services. Initial and one-time services require upfront payment.


Service Timing:

Specific arrival times aren't available due to route optimization. Service windows run 7am to dusk. Text notifications arrive approximately one hour before arrival (15-20 minutes for early morning routes starting at 7am). Your assigned service day remains consistent weekly. If your service day ever needs to change, we will notify you in advance.


Home Presence:

Home presence isn't required during service. We only need accessible yard entry. Friendly pets can remain outside during cleaning. Service completion includes a gate security photo for your records.


Holiday Coverage:

Major holidays (New Year's, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas) result in service postponement with double cleanup the following week. Monthly billing remains unchanged.


Equipment Sanitation:

Professional-grade kennel disinfectant sanitizes all equipment between properties for health and safety.


Customer Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accessible yard entry
  • Keep grass and landscaping at reasonable heights for waste visibility
  • Provide unlocked access or gate codes
  • Secure aggressive pets indoors during service days
  • Provide 48-hour notice for service holds


Service Guarantee:

Our 24-hour clean yard guarantee ensures quality service. Dissatisfaction reports within 24 hours trigger complimentary re-service until satisfaction is achieved.
